Warning! Flash floods will be a norm till January!

Thats according to the weather forecast on papers. Yesterday, I was stuck in one of those flash floods in a car! Yup, I was DRIVING when it happened. Haha I always lament to my instructors that hopefully it will not rain when I am driving because I guess it will be tough driving on a wet road.

Ta-dah it happened yesterday and it was one of the worst flash floods so far this month. I was driving along Bukit Batok and Choa Chu Kang area when it started pouring. The rain was so heavy that I panicked. Haha it's the first time driving in the rain for me. The visibility was so low! I could only see the traffic lights and car headlights when I am near them. If a guy suddenly dash across the road, I guess it will be a hit-and-run accident already. I couldn't see anything practically except for those lights.

There were floods in those areas too but not as bad as reported in the papers.Phew! Otherwise I will be pushing the car as what some did.

My instructor threw me a challenge midway through - drive in such heavy downpour during night. No way!
