Wow Slumdog Millionaire has won 8 Oscar awards!!

That's amazing! I think it truly deserves the honour!

The scenes are still vividly playing in my mind and the music still lingers around my ears. It's definitely a very different kind of movie. I like the way how the director added dabs of social issues without making the whole movie too heavy. It was still quite light-hearted, especially with the classic Indian music and dance. Easily 5 popcorns!

On the other hand, the curious case of Benjamin Button was not that terrific. It still managed to garner a couple of Oscars though. To me, the movie was quite draggy and it didn't really have a lasting impact on me.

But still, Oscars is a time to credit the hardworking movie-makers!
