Okie...first up, here are the photos taken yesterday. They were all taken inside the Hong Kong cafe using Denise's handphone. Thanks Denise for helping us take photos!!
Ching Ching, me and Denise.
Esther, Ching, me and Denise.
Opps...don't be mistaken...of course we don't aim to eat the red handphone on the table.
My fish fillet with baked rice. I love their cheese alot.
Haha look at Esther...she looks like she's really caught unaware. Oh ya, her noodle soup has papaya in it. Innovative right?! Haha.
Okie...that's all about yesterday. Today, me and Denise went to K-box for singing. We had not sang for a long time so last minute we decided to go sing. The 2 of us sang for a whole 5 hours. Haha at the end of it, my voice was getting hoarse. But still, it was worth it.
Alright...going off to catch my hong kong drama!

Yeah!!!!!!Exams Over!!!!!
Finally I can have a good night sleep and no need to spend hours studying in woodlands library. Today i had my last paper. Haha Ching and Denise remarked that it seems like we are always running late for our last paper. We were running late today and last sem's last paper as well. Haiz, think this sem is horrible for me. I am worried that I will do worser this sem. But...it's over, I can't do anything now.
Alright, on a happier note, we had our end-of-exams celebration today, right after our paper!! Haha, I guessed we had made it as our tradition to go for a nice meal after our last paper. For our first sem, we settled for Arab cuisine and second sem we went to Miss Clarity's cafe. This time round, Esther, Wei Ching, Denise, Seng Keat and I headed for Xin wang Hong Kong Cafe. We had a satisfying lunch before making our way to watch "The Enchanted". It's a fairy-tale like movie which is super funny and sweet. We enjoyed the movie alot. After the movie, Denise went off while the rest of us walked around Orchard. We went to Heeren and Far East Plaza, hoping to do some shopping. In the end, Wei Ching and Esther bought some clothes and a bag. We had Oyster Mee sua for our dinner, haha it seems like last sem we had our dinner there once as well.
Okie...will post the pictures that we took today soon.

I was reading the newspaper this morning and something caught my eye. It was a photo of some elderly onboard the Hippo bus. They are the uncles and aunties in the old folks home that my cca visits. 15 of them were taken to Orchard to have a look at the lightings and decorations for Christmas. It has been such a long time since I last saw them. I think it has already been 2 months? Aiyo...I miss them so much. I wonder how are they getting on now. I remember I saw Pei kiat one day in school and she mentioned that the elders missed us alot and asked when are we going visit them again. Apparently, someone from the home called one of my seniors who was the centre head and told her that. I can't wait for exams to be over so that I can go visit them again.

It's already way past my normal sleeping time but yet I don't feel sleepy tonight. I wanted to sleep early so that I could recover faster but I just can't sleep. Maybe its the flu that is keeping me awake? Maybe its the adrenaline rush from my first paper today?
Ya, today I took my first paper. Hm, I did not do as well as I had expected. After doing some sample questions, I thought it would be a breeze but I was wrong. The questions are trickier and tougher. But still, it was not very difficult. Average, I would say.
I was reading one of my friend's blog and I was shocked that she received an email from one of her profs, saying that she had plagarised. That's a super serious offence in university. This is the first time I heard of such things really happening. We always hear from our profs that plagarism is a serious offence and always tell us to be wary of that. Apparently, the software that the prof used to check on plagarism had reported hers as ~30% copied without citations. But I think she should be ok as her prof told her not to worry. What a scare.

Study Study and more Study
That's how I passed my past few days. Argh...the exams are really getting on my nerves. I really dislike 201! Why do Marx, Weber and Durkheim have to think so much? Haiz... somemore their thinkings are not easy to understand and remember. I have spent so much time studying this module and yet I am still stuck with Marx. Haiz...if only its just like forensic science. The latter is so much easier to prepare for exams. I am having my forensic paper this coming thursday. Hope it will not disappoint me please.
Today, I took a breather and went to watch the Bee movie with Agnes. It is a funny movie. I applaud the scripwriters for being so creative. They imagined how the bees' world is like, with training courses on how to escape death when slapped with a magazine, slipper etc. Moreover, things are not that simple. What we think is right may not be right actually.

Official count down to exams. 9 days!
Oh my goodness, it's so fast!! I'm scared at the thought of it. The problem is, my speed of revision is super slow. For the past few days, my speed is so slow that I wonder did I revise at all. Haiz, cannot stay at home to study. It's not a conducive environment at all, with the bed, tv and computer around me.
Tomorrow onwards, I must speed up. I must revise 2 or 3 times faster and pay double or even triple attention. I have decided to either go to school to study or to Woodlands library. I just can't stay at home.
Jiayou everyone!!
This is a music video by Jay Chou that I found on Wei Ching's blog. The music video is really sad. The storyline is so captivating that I did not hear what he was singing haha. I think it reflects how some celebrities feel. They really have no privacy at all and they may even have to pay a price for it.

Alright, I'm here to upload some photos taken recently. Haha I realised that my blog is quite deprived of photos recently.
This was taken at Janice's birthday party. All our RSP Elders people who turned up. Haha my green tee is so striking.
Me and Denise at Hong Kong Cafe.
Me at Pizza Hut. Haha saw the "halo" above my head? Aggy purposely ask me to shift till it fits just nice above my head.
This is one of the lect theatre in NUS. I like the tables best. Okie...this is the residence that I was so crazy about. It looks just like a condo lor.
Me and Seet . Focus on the background. See the buildings? Don't you agree that they look like condo?
Me drinking bubble tea in the food court inside the residence.
Okie that's all.

So disappointing and sad!!
This morning I went to buy Jay chou's concert tickets and they are all sold out!! Only single seats for the last 2 categories are available and some have restricted views somemore. I saw only several seats.
Today is just the first day of public sales and they are sold out!! Oh my goodness...it is so unfair to those who do not have OCBC credit cards. They had priority lah. Somoremore the concert organisers had added another concert on 18 Jan but still, non-OCBC credit card members are still being disadvantaged.
Somemore, the salesgirl at the sistic counter was late! It was supposed to be opened at 10am but she only came at 10.20 and still took her own sweet time.
Okie...I am just too pissed off. I will stop grumbling.

Yesterday, I went to crash Seet's and Agnes's pharmacy lect. The lecture theatre is super nice! They have solid tables! I prefer these tables than those in NTU whereby the table is conjoined to the chair. It's much more convenient and hassle-free.
Afte that, they brought me around the school and acted as my tour guide haha. We took the shuttle buses around the campus and went to Business sch for lunch. I had fsh and chips there. It was quite okie. I must say that I will definitely lose weight if I go to NUS. There are so many steps and from one sch to another, the distance is so big that we had to take shuttle bus.
With some time to kill, we took a shuttle bus to a residence called Kind Edward. I was exclaiming all the way in the residence haha. It's supeeeeeerrrrr nice!! It looks just like a condo. Haha Seet was there the first time too and she was exclaiming at times too. We took some pics there too. Post them other day when Agnes has uploaded them. I wish I could stay there. At the backdrop, it was all trees, very close to nature.
Then, me and Agnes made our way for mass. It was quite a nice experience. It felt quite familiar because I went to a sunday mass with Agnes before and the priest was the same. I remember the priest saying thay we are never alone, we are part of a community.
After that, we met up with Seet again with EK and Andy at Holland V. We had our dinner at a Mexican restaurant. Wow my first time trying Mexican food. It was so-so only. The service was unacceptable though. I would say that it's not filling too. We walked around for awhile before Ben met us and we went home. Oh ya, we didn't take any pic of the food haha. Too hungry again.

Aiyo...I am having cravings for so many food. I want...Iciban sushi and cheese cake, Munchy donuts, bhattura, peranakan food, stingray, teochew porridge and many more. I just want to eat. Haha. I know I am supposed to be on diet. But I shall reward myself after exams.
Oh ya...tmr going crash Seet's and Agnes's lect and I am also going for CSS tmr. Haha have a surprise for them too.

Aiyo...I just checked my NTu email. One of my profs is leaving. Although I knew about this news earlier on, but after reading his email, can't help but feel abit sad leh. Haha weird. I have always detested his class. His style of teaching is super demanding and quite egoistic. That's why I chose not to take his class this sem. But! After reading what he had to say about leaving us, can't help but feel abit sad lor.
But...I guess even if he stayed, I most prob would choose not to take his class. I still prefer Biao-shu haha.
