As I am typing along, I am listening to BSB's new album - Unbreakable. So far, the songs are nice, the genre is quite the same as the previous album. It's just a pity that Kevin left the group last year. With him harmonising as the bass, I think it will sound better. But of course, Brian, Nick and AJ are still the most important singers in the group. I like it!
Hm...has been a week since I last blogged. I was quite busy and also lazy to blog. Finally! No more assignments to rush, no more presentations to worry about and no more less-than-6hours of sleep. Wow, this morning I felt so blessed to be able to wake up on my account, no longer have to be woken up by alarm clock.
I shall backtrack abit. Hm...on Saturday, I went to Janice's 21st birthday party. It was held in a KTV lounge in a CC near her house. Food-wise, we had vegetarian buffet. A first time for me but it still tasted good. But the egg-less cake was not that good. The theme was "Back to School". I wore my YJC's seletar green tee there. Haha quite long never wear that already and putting that on reminds me of the times in school. There were quite a number who wore full school uniform there, mostly her jc's friends. I wanted to wear Yj's one but...
Before the party, I met up with Pris to buy her present. 18 of us shared the present - a white gold necklance with a heart pendant (hey! The pendant can have 7 designs lor...cool right) and also $100 voucher from Royal Sporting House. Hope she likes the presents.
Although it was held in a KTV lounge, we didn't sing, only a handful of her friends sang. The songs there were super old, mainly those Ah Ma songs. Instead, we sat outside the KTV lounge and had a nice chat. Wow really a long time since I last saw my CCA friends. We are having our exam break and everyone is super busy now.
On monday after tutorial, Denise and I went to town to meet up with Qb and Andy for abit of singing and dinner at Hong Kong's Cafe. I tried the cheese baked rice and the mango snow ice for the first time. Both were good! Their portions are big too. Hm...lazy to upload the photos, go see them at denise's blog.
Today, I met up with Aggy to buy BSB's new album. We had dinner at Pizza Hut. Aiyo, wanted to try their cheesy fondue but its not available anymore. Sad man. Wow, quite long never see Aggy le. Over dinner, we chatted and listened to some old songs from Britney Spears, N'Sync, Westlife and S Club 7. Aiyo, make me miss them so much. I love them so much during my sec sch days lor.
Wow...a very long post. Haha to make up for the lack of posts these few days. One last thing, today I saw one of those fake nuns at the coffeeshop below my house lor! I was quite surprised when I saw her. I recognise her by the white robe and also her approaching people to buy some things. I remember the newspaper interviewed some real monks before and they said they are not allowed to sell things or ask for donations lor. They can only ask for food. They are quite resourceful leh, managed to come to Bishan now and not only stationed at Bedok.

Yeah...today I have a happier day!
Haha...my presentation this afternoon was quite ok. Everything went well and the best thing is...its fun! We tried something new today, which is recording our presentation and putting it online. I think its the same software that our profs used for e-learning week. You can see the presenter's face and also the powerpoint slide.
It's funny listening to yourself and also looking at yourself being captured on webcam. I had a shock at first haha...dark circles too obvious le.
Haha today had a few good laughs. Actually its quite minor things lah but I find it funny. Haha finally can de-stress abit le.
Oh ya...I am going Jay Chou's concert!! Can't wait to go!! First time!!
Hm...my comp is giving me probs once again. I really duno what got into it. Maybe virus? I could not switch it on several times this morning and even after being switched on, it will auto-restart. Aiyo hope it will auto-recover haha.

I'm so tired.
Phew...managed to rush out my assignment just in time. Finally I can heave a sigh of relief. I had spent 7 hours non-stop doing it today and at a point in time, I almost cried. It's so stressful lah.
After finishing HS205 assignment on Sunday, my battery life = 60%
After finishing HS201 assignment today, my battery life = 5%
Haiz...later still must do powerpoint slides for presentation tmr. I am really dying!!
After tmr, finally I can take a breather before another assignment due on Monday.
Oh my goodness, in all, I have already spent more than...20 hours on the comp for these 2 assignments.

Woohoo...finally I am free to blog. For the next 2 days, wednesday and thursday, I have no school! Wednesday, because its e-learning week so dn't have to attend forensic and thursday is my free day lah. Mugging days ahead!
Alright...on saturday, we had a Mid-Autumn Festival celebration at the AWWA home. Ya, the actual day was super long ago but we have to always celebrate after the actual day so we can get more sponsorships. This year, Priscilla, our business manager worked super hard and managed to get alot of sponsorships. The elders must be super happy haha.
We had fun that day, inviting around 100 elders down to the void deck for dinner and performance. There were hiccups here and there at first, but luckily everything went smoothly after that. We put up performances such as singing, dancing and skit. Haha think the highlight was the skit by us, the seniors! (Haha feels good to be called seniors haha)
Haha the skit was super funny. Jiun Bin acted super sissy. He really gave it his all! Haha I was one of the minor roles, acting as commoner.
Let me present to you the main actors and actress of our skit! On the left is Yee Loong, acting as the "jade rabbit" who was eaten up many times by the middle man, Jiun Bin, who was acting as Chang-E. On the right is Janice who is acting as Chang-E's husband, Hou Yi.

Haiz...feeling stressed. This afternoon we went to print a stack of readings for next week. It's about 3cm thick!! And all these are for tutorials on Monday and Tuesday lah. There's one crazy reading that has 82 pages! Can you believe it?
I guess for the next 2 weeks I have to mug really hard. Besides the readings, I still have 3 assignments to hand in. And their deadlines are either on the same day or one day after another. Somemore, my pri 4 tuition kids are having their exams during that week too. All in one week! Hope my Pri 5 student's exams will not be on that week.
So sian...so many things to do and I am feeling lethargic. After studying for so many quizzes, there are still more work. Haiz...so long never go watch movie, sing K or shopping le. Haiz.

Why did I give up piano??
Oh man...I regret it! Especially after listening to the soundtracks of Secret. All the piano pieces sound so nice! I can imgine the fingers flying over the black and white notes while Jay Chou is playing the piano. If only I know how to play the piano...then I don't have to tap my fingers on the table.
Hm...sometimes when you put in the efforts and don't see the results, what do you do? Put in more effort? Or give up? It's really frustrating. I know I should put in more effort. Hope it won't fail me again.
