Wow...I just had a roller coster ride at home...in front of my comp. I was laughing like mad just now...laughed so hard that I felt tired. Everything just adds up. So many things happening one after another that I cant stop laughing.
By the way, I am thinking of revamping my blog. But its a super tedious process...esp for me. So..hang on!
Today Denise came to the home with me. She's going to join! Yeah! Finally managed to pull her in. We made popiah and chrysanthemum tea. Haha my first roll of popiah just cannot make it. It broke before it was cut lah. So paiseh. My boss said an elder asked about that popiah and said "wah...better not eat". Cannot admit its mine haha. Saw a few familiar faces there today. Quite surprising but hope I can see them there next week as well.
Oh ya...Priscilla managed to capture a clear pic of the fireworks that night. Maybe upload next time. Tired.

Okie...next few days shall be slacking cum reading cum DIY days for me. Mon n tues are days whereby its all packed wth tutorials n lects for us. So happy its over haha.
Tmr evening going to send my Dad off to airpost. He's going overseas again! Envy him lor...going Chiangmai this time. Hm never mind...we grp of 8 going on a hliday next year also haha.

Aiyo...only 2 weeks of school and I am already feeling tired. Its mainly because I have to wake up early again. After 3 months of break, I find it difficult to wake up early in the morning. I just miss my bed. And I have not even start on my readings lah. I think when I started on my readings, I will just be a living zombie.
Oh ya, on wednesday, Agnes and Seet came over to NTU. Haha they came over for lunch at Quad and also attended our Forensic Sci lect. Hm...maybe shouldn't say attended coz they were sleeping haha. That lect was quite boring. After that, we headed for Iciban at Jurong Point. Haha its our fave hangout place for food. And we saw the chef Sam as well....okie...maybe thats nothing big deal.
Today Denise, Benjamin and I went to watch 881 in the afternoon. It was quit a good movie. It's touching yet funny. There's alot of getai singing going on as well.
Hm...tmr is a long day. Have 4 hours of tuition altogether and also going to watch fireworks tmr. Haha just now I caught a glimpse of the fireworks from my bedroom. Envy? Haha.

Oh my goodness...today my tuition is cancelled again! Ya...again. I have not seen her since 2 weeks already. She has cancelled about 5 tuition sessions already! All for a variety of reasons. Haiz...this goes on I wonder her exam how lor. Still about one week to go only. And also my pay! Argh...wonder when can I collect my pay if this goes on. So irritating!
Anyway...ya I have re-activated my friendster account recently. Haha its amusing to see friends tagging that they didn't know I have friendster. Haha ya I super long never use my account already. I was quite lazy to use it actually and also I didn't see the point of using it. But! I recently discovered that friendster can be fun...haha as in you can see who is whose friend, what's happening with a friend, find long-lost friends as well. So...my account is up and running again.
By the way, yesterday evening went to watch Secret with Denise, Agnes and Clare. It's so nice! Oh my goodness...I can't get the image of Jay playing piano off my mind. Haha he was so cool lor...his fingers really worked magic on the black and white notes (not sure if its called notes). And he was super "dei" as well haha...same as the female lead.
Oh ya...this fri and sat have fireworks display at Marina Bay. Shld be same old place lah. It starts at 9pm. I want to go!

Woah! This is my 100th post! Quite significant haha.
Anyway, yesterday Agnes, Denise, Qunbao, Andy and I went to NDP!!!!!!!
I t was fun and ya, we felt proud to be Singaporeans. I always enjoyed the atmosphere at the NDP. If I never remember wrongly, the last time I went was in sec sch days with Andrea and Gek Eng. I think the most memorable NDP for me is the one when I participated as part of choir.
Thanks Qunbao!!!!!!! Thanks for giving us the tickets!!!!

Yeah...just came back from dinner with Denise and Andy at Miss Clarity Cafe. The rest of the clique couln't make it. Haha never mind...next time we shall go to the outlet at Thomson Road haha. The food is quite good. I like the cheese fries haha. It comes with lotsa cheese and its warm. The fries are thick as well. Something like MOS burger fries. I had roasted chicken leg with mushroom sauce. I like the sauce best. It goes well with the chcken as well as the potatoes. Denise had dory fish while Andy had soft shell crab with pasta. I think the pasta should have a thicker flavour. By the way, the cafe has NO GST and NO SERVICE CHARGE. The service was good as well. They give free ice water and also they were quite prompt in serving us.

This morning, Agnes, Denise, Shu meng and I went back to YJC as well. Nothing much changed lah. But I was so disappointed because I could not eat my omelette! Argh! I miss it so much! Still got the fish cake with chilli! Haiz...didn't manage to eat any of them.
We had a chat with Miss Marie Lim, Ms Ong, Ms Li Hua and abit of Mdm Ho. Haha I asked Miss Lim whether she has any good news but aiya she just shakes me off with photos of her new dog. Wow...Ms Li Hua got her 5 years service award already. So fast haha. She was very nice to chat with just now. We told her we went to Bintan and she thot it was Batam haha. She said huh that bao er nai place ar? Haha. She also told me that time when I sms her telling her that i got into uni, she was at the foyer with Mrs Ng. Then when she saw the sms, she said out wow thats good. And Mrs Ng asked why and she told her. Haha Li Hua took a long time then tell me aiyo.

Oh man! I am ssooooooo tempted to go Miss Clarity Cafe!! I saw this place recommended by one of the food blogs that Denise had it linked to. And it was on our NTU Chronicle as well. The cheesy fries look so tempting. It's just too mouth-watering haha. I want go there eat soon!!! Esther's friend went there before and said the price was reasonable. Argh!!!!!!

Yoz!...I'm here with the photos that we took for our Bintan trip. Denise has sent me 123 photos! Can you believe it? We took so many photos in 2 days time. Haha Denise said she deleted some already lor...pro right. Haha.
In 2 days time, we did buggy driving, archery, darts shooting, beach volleyball, picking of clams and hermit crabs, karaoke singing, clubbing (for 5 mins?), cooking of dinner, scrabble, monopoly, chao dai dee, snooker...and photo-taking. Think I didn't miss out anything ba. I would say buggy driving and archery are the best. Haha we just love the buggy so much that we even drive it around in pitch darkness.

Isn't this villa big? It has its own swimming pool somemore. We managed to sneak into this villa to have our photos taken.
Alright...this is our villa and our buggy in the background. Haha quite small compared to the one above but its still very cool. It has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area and a living room. Its fully air-conditioned.
Me and Denise at the beach. Its cool adn peaceful, and you can hear the sea waves hitting the beach. It's especially tranquil at night.

Happy 20th Birthday Agnes!!!!!!!!
On Friday, we went to her house and MOS to celebrate Agnes's birthday. For the photos, pls go to Agnes's blog. Lazy to upload them here. It was quite fun but tiring as well haha. We were at MOS for a whole 6 hours! We left only when the club closed. I would say MOS has alot of rooms but I still prefer Powerhouse. The music there is better and not so crowded. We could hardly squeeze into MOS's main cage room. However, MOS has very big and nice toilets. Hm...next to explore...ZOUK.
Okie...I have an idea in mind for my bday's celebration. We shall go to the beach! We can have BBQ there and pitch tents as well. I guess we will have lotsa fun and take lotsa photos. Hm...maybe can catch sunrise as well.

Yoz...I'm back. I was back last night from Bintan. It was a fun trip. We had lotsa laughter. I will blog about it at a later date, after Denise send me the photos.
Later will be going for Agnes's birthday celebration. We are going to her house for dinner first before heading down to MOS for clubbing. Can't wait to see how's MOS like haha. Think we will have a fun time at Agnes's house also haha.
Haiz...suffering from a bad sore throat now. I had a itchy throat for the past one week and this morning when I woke up, it became worse.
Countdown to school...2 more days. I'm not the least excited for school. I think this coming sem will be quite demanding. One of my prof has already assigned readings for us and some have already started getting ready for school. Oh ya, I got Forensic Sci for my GE. Hope I can get Chinese lyrics as well. Haha then these 2 modules will be the most fun modules this sem.
Can't wait for tonight!

Yeah! Tmr we are going to Bintan! Haha in less than 12 hours time, we will be in Bintan. Excited for the trip.
Anyway, on Sunday my cca organised a bazaar for the elders at the home. It was a huge success. Many elders enjoyed themselves. It was the first time they are having a bazaar at the home. So...at first it was quite chaotic, with many elders eager to get their coupons and start the ball rolling. But in the end it was better. There were several stalls located at the different levels of the home and there were games and food stalls. I was stationed at one of the food stalls and I must say, the elders loveeee otah. Haha it was selling very fast at first and we had to limit each elder to 2 otahs. But in the end, because of our quantity control, there were some otahs left. Haha we volunteers finished up the otahs and some food after that.
The committee organised a lucky draw fo the elders as well. The top prize was a rice-cooker, 2nd and 3rd prizes were hampers of bird nest, ginseng and chicken essence. 4th prize was a oven toaster. They had 26 prizes in all. Haha during the draw, we volunteers were quite excited to know who won the prizes.
We were like "Hey...its that auntie leh." "Who got it?" "Aiyo that make-string auntie never win any"
The top prize went to an auntie who was so happy. At the end of the event, some elders held our hands and said thank you. I was quite touched by their gesture. We did not do much but they were very grateful. It feels great to see their faces light up with smiles.
After the whole event ended, a group of us headed to a cafe outside AMK hub for some drinks and we chatted for about 3 hours. Hm...looking forward to more such events haha. I will post the photos once its up.
